your friends use mobile phones all the time. How can you convince them not to use it. Plz explain in about 50 words. I need it urgently.

I think that they are really addicted to mobile phones.Such kind of addiction is very hard to leave.But still I will tell them that using mobile phones all the time is effecting their studies.The result is the poor marks in report cards.And the overuse of phones effect the health too.As the mind takes many unneeded information it soon gets tired and lowers the attention level.So they can't concentrate on their studies.Many mobile phone users suffer from brain damage and finger pain.Its also bad for the eyes.I believe they should use phone only ay a particular time and not more than 30 minutes.Its for their own good.
