Hey there,

There can be two takes on this.

A positive teacher student relationship could be developed by encouraging a learning environment where the student feels free to ask whatever he wants to and the teacher responds in a manner which is understandable by the student. Therefore it would not be wrong to say that the building block of a strong teacher student relationship is effective communication. The level of respect that exists between the two also has a vital role to play in developing a positive teacher student relationship. A major hindrance to the strengthening of their relationship is the different categories of students in a class. Some of the students are hard working and come to the class to learn but there are others who are aggressive in nature and find it difficult to concentrate on what is going on in the class.

This increases the need for teachers to modify their behavior according to each students needs. In this way the teacher would be able to develop a level of understanding with every student and the students would feel they are important which would boost their self esteem. This would also reflect in their grades and overall behavior. The overall size of the class is also vital in determining how effective a student teacher relationship could be. The larger the class size the more difficult it would be for teachers to provide individual attention to students so school administrations should make sure that the class size is kept small which would allow a much better learning environment for teacher student relationship to flourish.

With the growing competition in society it is essential that people improve their relationships with each other. Amongst these relationships, a student teacher relationship is of utmost importance which needs to be looked after properly so that young children could grow up to become educated and responsible citizens of the society.

Well okay, a very nice question. I’m not gonna make this super long like the answer before.

A teacher is a very familiar word for all of us right? But.. what does it mean? Some would say it’s someone who teaches how to do sums, some wouldsay teachers are mentors, is there any definition that we all can agree on? The simplest one I could come up with is, a teacher is someone who nurtured you while introducing you to the facts of the world. Let me make you understand practically, “matters have gaps between them.” Did you know that before? No.
If you read and learn something’s yourself, you are your own teacher as well.

Now talking about student-teacher relationship, it’s one of the most weird relationships you’ll come across, I will be frank. You like some teachers and don’t like the others right? But the end of the day, they are all teachers right? Then why do you like some and don’t like the others? It’s because they behave differently, after all they are humans too.

About the relationship within students and the teachers they like, this is a very delicate relationship, students are going to love the teachers, stand for them until.... someday , the teacher scolds them and then , suddenly the student doesn’t like them at all again when the teacher talks to them nicely, they start liking them again. This relationship can break and patch very easily.

That’s all I’ve got for you, I’m not gonna ask you to choose this for the best, do whatever you want. I’ve been frank and straightforward answering this and have written nothing but the truth of schools, students and teachers. Hope this helps!

Peace✌
