There is one secondary carbon which is at the middle and there are two secondary hydrogen atoms which are attached to middle secondary carbon atom i.e. - CH2.
# the carbon which is attached to other two carbon atoms is called secondary carbon atom. #
here in the formula CH3-CH2-CH3 the middle carbon i.e.carbon of -CH2- is attached to adjacent two carbon atoms hence it is secondary carbon atom
# the hydrogen atoms attached to secondary carbon atom are called as secondary hydrogen atoms here only one secondary carbon atom is present to which only 2 hydrogen atoms are attached i. e. hydrogen attached to,,,,,,,,,,,,, -CH2- ............ hence there is 1 secondary carbon and 2 secondary hydrogen atoms
