Volcanic eruptions are natural disaster because floods are caused due cutting of trees which is done by humans.earthquakes could also be caused by humans due drilling of earth and hurricanes and tornadoes are also caused due climatic changes due human being.

There is not any particular season or place for disaster to come.

Yes there is a rating scale known as seismograph which measures the rate of sesmic waves.

It does not have a bad affect but it is helpful in such a way that it helps in the fertility of the soil .

It burns anything that comes in its way because the lava is a hot molten fluid
