Let the original volume be = 100
Side decreases by 25%
25/100× 100 = 25, 100 -25 = 85
Resulting volume = (side) ^ 3
85× 85×85 = 614,125
Ratio = 100/614,125 = 2/125

Tapaswini45: Side is decr
Tapaswini45: Side is decreased not volume
mamun59: I know that my ans is wrong
mamun59: But icant dlt it.... So i kept it as like as it is

Let the original length of the side be Xcm
Volume=X^3cubic cm
25percent of X=X/4cm
New side=X-X/4=3X/4
Volume =27X^3/64cm cube
Ratio=X^3/27X^3/64=64/27
