for icse board.. will all the question be asked strictly according to syllabus? ???

I think so yes bcoz in previous years question paper also I have seen

yeah i guess so because in previous 2-3 year papers they havent asked anything outside syllabus.Some questions might be tricky but using our knowledge we can tackle those.
