you can use rubber bands and some buttons to make your bracelet and you can also use the beads of your rubber bands if at all they are useless and to make a different one firstly take a rubber band and some color paper's roll them and add some beads to it just like shown in the pic

you can also use old pen refil than cut into a small pieces than colour them with your choice and also use some small old beads then take rubber band size of ur hand and tie one refil cut beads and one other beads than similarly do with all then ur bracelate is ready to wear.
but cutting refil may be hard i think so
