The best gift I have received is the gift from an unknown small girl who gifted me on my last birthday. It was a small toy that she was selling at the temple premises, where we had been there. I pathetically watched this girl selling toys for her living.
That time my friend who was at the temple wished me so loudly that everyone nearby came to know that it was my birthday that day. This little girl also watched and immediately she came to me, wished and gave me one of her toys. I was so flattered by that love. When my father went to pay her for the toy, she refused to get money and told that it was her present to me on my birthday.
Oh, we were all humbled by her love and I thought it was a god-send gift, truly a divine moment. She taught me a lesson about how love can be expressed simply and unconditionally that I value the most and consider as the best gift, which I feel will carry forward all through my life.
