first find out the gravitational force of the earth by the formula of gravitational force.
as you know the mass of the earth ,mass of the satellite both given and distance them is also given from this you can take out gravitational force.
then take out the circumference of the earth through the radius given,then use the third equation of motion u square subtracted from v square equal to 2 multiplied by g(gravitational force)and s(distance through circumference).take u(initial velocity) equal to zero . Then you get the answer.
