State the main reason of declining the population growth rate in India since 1981

Unemployment is the main reason as it leads to the scarcity of food ,shelter ,etc

Due to scarcity of food most of the people dies .

The population growth rate in India is declining since 1981 because of the following reasons :-
1) Lack of proper medical facilities.
2) Lack of proper knowledge about disease.
3) Family planning measures were adopted, leading to decline in birth rate.
4) Promotion of family planning programme by the govt. also lead to decline of population.
