by lens formula ,
1/v-1/u=1/f
1/v= 1/f+1/u
1/v = -1/15 -1/10
1/v= -2-3/30
1/v = -5/30
v= 30/-5= -6

the image is formed at -6 cm on the same side of lens . also the image formed is virtual and erect ..
