Let the number be of the form 10(x) + 1(y)
The number formed by interchanging the digits is 10(y) + 1(x)
Therefore, 10x + 1y + 10y + x = 110
Therefore, 11x + 11y = 110
Therefore, x + y = 10

Now,
(10x + 1y - 10 ) - 4 = 5( x + y )
Therefore,
10x + y - 14 = 50
10x + y = 64 and x + y = 10
Subtracting both the equations, we get
9x = 54
x = 6
Plugging the value of x in any of the above two equations and solving them will give value of y as 4.

Therefor the number is 64.
