we know that sum of the consecutive angles is 180° in a parallelogram
so now
let the angles be x
so
1x+3x=180
4x=180
x=180/4
x=45
so
x=45°
and 3x=3×45=135°
so the smallest angle is 45°

the sum of adjacent angles of parallelogram is 180 degree
suppose the angle is x and 3x
x+3x=180
4x=180
x=45
then the smallest angle is 45 degree

I hope you got your answer.
