watching TV for 1hour good or bad

I think if we watch tv for 1 hr in a day is good because tv helps us to get social knowledge like news,discoveries etc but we must not watch tv for 1 hr sitting very close to it.

I won't say it is good or bad....!!

But i would say it is okay to watch 1 hour television a day if you balance it with your studies..
