After it is being passed to parliament, discussion is done over the bill. And then if it is accepted then it is passed to president to form a law.

After the reviews made, corrections are done, and wholeheartedly approved by all the members in the joint sitting of both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, the bill has been put forward to the President for his concern. If the bill was formally approved by the President, it becomes an Act in the Indian Constitution Amendment and it must be informed to the people making it easier for them to follow. Unless any reviews made by the constitution of India, the basic laws cannot be modified by using constitutional amendments.
