as per kinetic molecular theory of gases kinetic energy per molecule is 3RT/N where R =8.314×10^7 erg , in this case T=300K N=6.023×10^23 then kinetic energy =mu^2/2 where u is RMS velocity from both equation we get RMS velocity=√(3RT/Nm) here m=10g after substituting all the values we get 0.1106×10^-6 cm/s
