Why a solar cooker painted black from outside ?

so that it can absorbed more sunlight and make solar cooker more warm as black colour is the best absorber of sunlight

So that the heat radiation coming into the solar cooker are absorbed and not reflected back. This helps in rapid increase of temperature inside the solar cooker.
