some fruits are freshly because they have soft epicarp and fleshly mesocarp and endocarp.
For example:berries , tomatoes, etc.,

Plants like fruits have fleshy nature this is beacuse if presence of soft endocarp / endicarp.
Plants like Almond don't have so thus they are not flesh in nature.
This endocarp is actually the tissues constituting the fruit.
