why is the climate of mahableshwar cool

According to our laws in which we study globe it is said that places which is near to equator and which comes inside the tropic of cancer to capricon they feel hot as compared to outer part of tropic of cancer to capricon because suns ray do not able to reach that place as compared to equator so climate of mahableswar is cool as compare to other area.
