Sub: Wrong supply of ordered book

Dear Sir,

This to inform you, that my order number 207456, dated 27.06.18, contained a book which was not ordered by me.

There is some confusion. I had ordered ‘The essence of Vedas’ but I have received ‘Vedas’. It is not the same book.

They both belong to different publishers and writers.

Please kindly resend me the book ordered and let me know how should the book received by me be sent back.
