To stay healthy we should remember that a healthy mind resides on a healthy body. being healthy & fit means taking good care of our body. we should protect our body from the intake of harmful substances. doing regular exercise , having proper balanced diet & proper sleep are some of the important steps to be healthy.

healthy diets consists of healthy food which includes eating green & fresh vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk ,meat , protein ,vitamins in right quantity. include yoga in your daily routine.it helps to maintain your blood sugar& immunity level.

healthy habits improve our mental ability , mental stability,& your physical appearance.
walking, running, cycling, playing, swimming, skipping, dancing, weight lifting ,yoga are the some important excercise which help us to maintain healthy & fit.

The best diet is one that has a balance of nutrients measured by calorie intake. consume more of • Fruit and vegetables.• Whole grains.Fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products.• Lean protein.And consume less:• Fats and sugars.• Refined grains.• Sodium.• Dietary cholesterol..• Alcohol.Once you’ve balanced your diet and limited calorie intake, you need to balance your calorie expenditure.  “Calories in and calories out” is a good focus. Women today have busy, demanding lives. You may feel pulled in different directions and experience stress from dealing with work, family and other matters, leaving little time for yourself. Learning to balance your life with some time for yourself will pay off with big benefits — a healthy outlook and better health.
Your goal should be to do some type of exercise every day. It is best to do some kind of aerobic activity without stopping for at least 20 to 30 minutes each time.
