Write a dialogue between two friends himani and vedanti discussing their plans on sunday
Answers
Himani: How do you plan to spend your time this Sunday?
Vedanti: I don't know. I don't have anything special in mind. Do you?
Himani: Yes, that is precisely why I am asking you. I first need to make sure that you are free on Sunday.
Vedanti: Oh yes, I am free, but what are you planning?
Himani: I am planning to teach our school bus driver’s children spoken English. Would you like to help?
Vedanti: Sanjay bhaiya’s children? What time? I will have to ask my parents for permission to come over to your place.
Himani: Yes. From 11 to 12. Everyone is usually free at that time. No, you don't have to ask your parents. It is a virtual class.
Vedanti: That's nice. The time suits me and so does the online class. But what is my role?
Himani: I want to give the children a demonstration of what fluency means. It should impress them enough to make them want to learn the language.
Vedanti: Sure. That sounds like a good plan. We will need to do some homework and do this step by step.
Himani: Yes. We will start with the very basics, like how to introduce oneself.
Vedanti: Perfect! I am already excited. I won't get bored this Sunday. Instead I will have something sensible to do! Besides, Sanjay bhaiya is a good man.
Himani: Yes, he has always been nice to us. I am so glad that you have agreed to help me out.
Vedanti: Of course, sharing your knowledge with the underprivileged children is such a great idea. I just couldn’t refuse the offer.
Himani: I do hope it works out as planned. Then we can have the classes more regularly.
Vedanti: I hope so too, but for now, let us focus on this Sunday. It will be an eventful day. Thanks for asking me.
Himani: And thank you for joining me.
